Connecting with Others
Processing emotions within a group setting is a powerful experience. I encourage all of my patients to try group therapy as part of their treatment plan. The shared experience of revealing personal stories with people going through similar struggles leads to deep healing. Current Groups available include: Friday Lunchtime Check-In and Bipolar Support Group.

Groups are ongoing and can be started whenever an open spot becomes available. All groups are offered online as a weekly video appointment.
