How does it work?
I believe all of us have an innate ability to heal and my job is to serve as a guide, a mirror and an accepting presence through this journey. By truly listening, accepting, and mindfully paying attention, I am able to facilitate the natural growth and healing of the individual or couple I am serving. I want you to feel alive, loved and understood, and I believe the work I do with you will allow you to move through any obstacles in your life that are currently interfering with your ability to realize your full potential.
Looking Within
Take a moment now to reflect on what has been troubling you and blocking you from reaching your full potential. Anxiety and depression often develop when we are avoiding deeper emotions that need to be processed. It is my job as your therapist to guide you through the journey of working through past pain and trauma so that you can free yourself from the dysfunctional patterns that you may have carried over from childhood. By freeing yourself from the barriers you inherited from past emotional injuries, you can finally find the happiness you deserve.
Individual therapy sessions are offered on a weekly basis by video appointment.
